THE ~RESPONSIBITIES

-Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison for the family estate

-Complete responsibility for a 15,000+ sq feet home

-Oversee the operation and maintenance providers on an ongoing basis to ensure they are acting in the best interest of the principal: Managing all housekeeper and all

-Proactively identify issues in the residence and attend to them on the principal’s such as repairs, maintenance, stocking adequate food, beverages, and supplies

-Responsible for all bills of the estate: including budgeting and monthly reports for expenses with recommendations for any potential savings

-Manage renovations, construction projects or any maintenance to the estate. 

-Coordinate travel and prepare detailed itineraries, to include commercial and private charter flights, hotels, and transfers as well as completion of documentation as required for entry of foreign countries as well as Packing & unpacking for travel

-Assist with management of vacation travel and ensure proper provisioning

-Manage the Principal's daily personal calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters such as personal care. 

-Plan and execute events to include working actively at the events with a focus on guest experience, staffing, and time management

-Ensure high standards throughout the property as well as guests experience within the property

-Research as needed for various projects, events, trips, and purchases

-Mail pick-up and sorting, as well as occasional packing, shipping, and tracking of various items

-Maintain an archive of contracts for work performed at company properties and tracking schedule for various projects

-Planning, purchasing, recommendations for holidays gifts for friends, family, and business associates.  Writing business Thank You notes

-Responsible for food either through a part time chef or meal prep

- Responsible for keeping the home organized (closet, bathroom, makeup, laundry room, kitchen, pantry, and home office) 

-Responsible for household guests experience including local recommendations and entertainment recommendations and arrangements

 

Misc. tasks coordinated with onsite staff such as: dry cleaning, shopping returns, unpacking online orders, running errands, keeping house stocked {cleaning supplies, groceries, etc.}, cleaning out car-getting car cleaned, making sure devices are charged, covering outdoor furniture, checking on house when out of town-security contact when traveling, gathering items for photo shoots, taking dictation for writing emails for me while I get ready or drive,
